0300 telephone numbers

Our services at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust have changed to new telephone numbers starting with the prefix of 0300 443.  These numbers cost no more than a normal call to a 01 or 02 landline number.

Cancel an appointment or general questions?

If you are not able to keep your outpatient appointment, or need further details, please tell us as soon as possible. 

Call the telephone number on your appointment letter or card. Your slot will then transfer to another patient.
