Join Friederike Englund, Macmillan Integrated Cancer Care Lead at the Macmillan Information Centre at Southend Hospital, who will be showcasing 'Alvie', a new and innovative digital platform supporting cancer patients with their physical and mental wellbeing. 

The app launched in 2024 and is already helping a number of cancer patients with prehabilitation. Staff, doctors, patients - all are welcome to attend this event and find out how Alvie is improving the care delivered at our hospitals.
